i had my first ever lesson in ntu today. its the module i dreaded most: basic maths for economists. anyway i suck in maths and science. not to mention the fact that i havent touch maths since o lvl era which is like 6 yrs ago?!

so i really dunno how i shld explain my feelings after i attended that lecture. hmmm lets try:

boring, hypnotizing, horrifying, terrifying, intimidating and what have you. lol. first of all, that professor is a china man so the english he speaks is really funny. his pronounciation is really damn powerful. let me give u one classic example. he can make the law of demand becomes the law of the man. thats literally how he pronounce demand can. can u imagine how i went thru that 2 hrs? its a torture basically.

the maths concept are hard enough to understand alr, his accent arent helping at all. and he's really bad because he actually dont care abt ppl like me. he kept skipping slides saying that we have learnt all these in sch. the we is actually referring to the jc students la. so unfair? have he thought of the minority that came from poly? i was like super pissed with him. quote frm tweety, this prof is in my condemn list alr. lol enuff abt this crap. i just hope i can figure something out myself.

STARS system is also crappy. we are supposed to add in one elective on our own starting from today through this stars sys. frm last night till this morning 955am, the course biz law that i wanted has got 30 plus vacancies. so i was taking my own sweet time logging in. i tried to click on add at 1002am, i actually got a prompt saying that tis module has got ZERO vacancy. can u believe it? everything can just be gone within 2 mins?! thats super kwa zhang. had i known that ntu ppl are so kiasu, i would have done the same thing too. anyway once bitten twice shy, the next time round when we have to do this, i will make sure i click immediately when the sys opens.

im like super drained now. the lect killed many of my brain cells. not that i have alot left though. hahaha. ok im going to end here like in the middle of nowhere but i dont care. im tired. period
