okie.. slept at abt 2am this mornin.. woke up at 6am.. started on my jogging plan.. dragged my mum along with mi.. set off at abt 625am.. went jogging around the neighbourhood.. in fact i ran 2 big rounds.. haha.. tink i getting old.. cos i started panting not long after.. but i tink the main reason is i haven been exercising since i left mjc which is lyk 3 yrs ago! lolz..

my aim is to go jogging in the morning for the whole of this week b4 my attachment starts.. haha.. hopefulli i m determined enough.. hopefulli towards the end of the week, i will b able to regain my stamina.. run at least 4 rounds within half an hr.. hahaha.. its my goal okie.. shall see if tt can b accomplished.. muahaha..

okie.. my head is spinning.. kept yawnin while i updated 3 entries at one go.. damn tired now.. but i cant slp! awww.. gotta head over to celines hse in preparation for nonas bdae prezzie.. hehehe..
