i m ashamed to say tt i haf always been prejudiced against ppl frm ite, consciously or subconsiously.. i had committed the error of stereotyping as well as halo effect.. to mi, ite students r merely those ah bengs n ah lians in the streets.. they make a nuisance of themselves in public.. they smoked and laughed on top of their voices lyk nobodys biz..

i guess nt all are liddat.. there are still some gd ones.. while on the way hm today.. happen to witness smth.. i was seated near the rear door.. bus 27 was v crowded by the time it reaches the tamp lib.. there was this old man who was trying to squeeze in.. no1 frm the front bothered to give up the seat for him.. its bcuming a typical sight of Singaporeans.. so inconsiderate n selfish..

this old man was squeezing n squeezing until he reached the rear door.. then the tall guy in ite uniform who was sitting in front of mi stood up v quickly and give up the seat for him.. wah i muz realli say tt looks can realli b deceiving lor.. this tall guy has the typical ah beng look with unbuttoned n tucked out shirt etc.. few mths ago, i witness the same incident.. but i cant rmb how tt guy looks lyk.. mayb they r the same person.. it realli made mi sit up n rethink alot.. haha

i haf a fren mr G who used to b frm ite also.. he was one of the gd ones also.. i din haf much prob communicating with him.. he also haf this ah beng look but he is a v nice fellow.. haha he is well-liked by ppl as he is realli friendly, caring n thoughtful at least towards mi.. lol..

recently, my gd buddy is also troubled by affairs of the heart.. tt guy happens to b schooling in ite too.. according to her, tt guy is also v sweet n nice towards her.. he is v powerful in scolding vulgar languages but when speaking to her, he is always v gentle.. haha.. cool rite? i wish her all the best la.. whaha

come to tink of it.. i gt quite a few classmates who were frm ite also.. haha a couple of them were friendly souls.. so i guessed its time to chg my mindset ah.. yeap..
