there is this gallery entrance at the extreme left.. the admission is free of charge! opening hrs is as shown below.. i would encourage u guys to go n tk a look if u all r free or u all happened to pass by the area.. just spare half an hr in there.. its interesting =)
there is this real fire engine on exhibit.. u can gt inside n get a feel of wt it is to be inside a fire engine! isnt tt very cool? haha.. jl is trying to get her hands on the steering wheel of the vehicle..
the long wooden ladder can be extended all the way de wor.. seeeee.. tt fireman is climbing out of the building.. haha
if u raise ur head n look up, u will see this oval screen.. video showing the history of firefighting is being played repeatedly.. 
fireman wore this type of uniform in the past.. so cuteee rite? haha but den i tink this figurine here reminded mi more of policeman lei..
there is alot of wooden models of all the fire stations in spore on the 2nd floor.. i spotted the one tt says sengkang firestation.. haha.. below each model, there is a colored chart tt gives a brief description on the infrastructure.. 
some of the firestation has v unique shaped building.. but sengkangs is juz a very normal looking rectangular block la.. haha.. but at least it is quite new still..
den we came across this v scary thing.. its scary bcos b4 u press the blue knob, the whole glass is opaque which looks juz lyk a wall.. but when u hit the button, u will see this right in front of ur eyes.. its a scene u would see on an ambulance.. there is this handsome paramedic rescuing this victim.. we were frightened cos we din expect to see wat we saw.. haha
see the hand of this poor victim being trapped under pcs of rocks? my goodness.. its bleeding summore!
there is a man trapped underneath too! this man makes moaning whimpers.. "help mi, pls help mi.." no joke ok.. tts wat the man realli said in a very soft n dying tone.. we were freaked out..
no worries.. the hero is here to save the day.. haha.. the rescue team dressed in orange will risk their lives and save the poor people trapped no matter wat.. haha so noble of them isnt it? hopefulli none forgets to buy insurance! muahaha..
these trained doggies will help to sniff for any signs of lives also.. they deserve credit for rescuing people also..
noe what tt is? its actually the 3 v impt alarm signals.. out of curiosity, i went to hit one of the knob and the alarm sounded so loudly.. so scary.. for a moment i thot the ppl in charge might juz come up n see wts gg on lor..

okie.. with tt, we ended our tour at the civic defence heritage gallery.. a very interesting place to start off the fieldtrip.. we behaved lyk some kids who haf nv seen all those stuff b4.. played a fool inside as nt much ppl were ard.. haha
2nd stop of the day is juz a short walk away.. yeap its the spore one n oni stamp museum.. ermm actually its my 1st time there.. we nv entered the place either.. juz stayed at the "reception" area.. cos the admission for each person is $5 each juz to go in n watch stamps?! we thot tts lame n a waste of money.. tts y we juz took some pics n left.. 
there is this glass cabinet tt consists of some very cool n cute stuff tt caught my eye immediately when i went in.. haha.. its the model of all the different postboxes in different ctys.. it realli comes in all shapes n sizes! soooooo cuteeee.. all these could be found in different parts of hongkong..
haha.. the white one on the extreme right looks v familiar isnt it? yea man.. this whole row shows the postbox used in spore over the years.. juz couldnt understand y it looks lyk how it looks today.. cos i tink the red one used in the oldern days is so much nicer.. haha

last but nt least.. they haf these v chi na looking postboxes.. yes they can be found in china.. haha thot they r quite ugly looking =X
the last stop we went to was fort canning park.. the bloody weather was damn hot tt i nearly die of heat.. haha.. definitely a wrong weather to walk ard the "forest" haha.. din bother to walk the whole ard due to the rubbish sun.. oni tk dis pic with the famous 9 pound cannon..
quickly left the park for plaza sing.. finalli in air conditioned place at last.. so damn shiok.. bought some chilling drinks to hydrate ourselves in burger king before a short discussion.. its realli quite a short one.. haha wrapped up everyting in less than half an hr.. ended up shopping there b4 we parted.. i went grandma hse aft tt..
whao.. its alr 855pm.. my goodness.. gotta get back to my projs le.. will update asap on jjs concert!! hehe.. oh juz wana comment.. he was awesome last nite!! realized tt he actualli has two v deep dimples! i love guys with dimples!! so charming when he smiles.. whahahaha.. till then =P
