super stressful day today.. 2nd week at KS n i m beginning to feel the heat.. it was a nightmare juz now i tell u.. haha.. we learnt phone techniques today.. james taught us how to pick up phone calls, how to handle callers.. using the training manual, he went thru with us mani different situations tt might happen..

he made us pick up phonecalls today.. he asked us to take turns, starting from erica, clockwise direction.. oh by the way there were oni 5 ppl.. so dere is a very high chance tt everybodi will at least answer the phone once within the 4 hrs.. so there is no way of escaping.. haha.. so.. less than 15 mins into the training, THE STUPID PHONE RANG!!! darn scary lor..

erica was panicking..haha.. she was lyk saying "how? how?" haha.. cos we r supposed to pick up within 3 rings ma so james raised his voice slightly n asked her to pick it up.. he said there was nth to b afraid of, its juz a phone call.. haha.. doubt he understand wat we were gg thru bcos he can speak very fluently and his fan ying is very fast, unlyk us.. zzzz

deng deng deng deng.. barely 15 mins had passed oni.. BUT THE STUPID PHONE RANG AGAIN!!! zzzz.. but huiying was damn lucky lor.. cos the caller hung up the phone juz after she picked it up.. haha.. so unfair!! next up was lee chin's turn.. after her will be mine.. haha i gettin more n more kan chiong lo.. cant even concentrate on wat james was teaching.. my mind was trying to recall wat to say when answering phone.. haha

mi n leechin were constantly praying n praying tt the phone wun ring.. lol.. i tink we damn cute lor.. we had a break frm 350 to 405.. mi n leechin even had sum notti thots lyk unplugging the phone or pour drink over the phone to spoil it so tt it wouldnt ring again..haha.. anyway our prayers had worked until den ah.. BUT the moment our break ended.. yes.. lyk wat u had guessed.. THE BLOODY PHONE RANG AGAIN!! Zzzzz

james juz went out lor.. so leechin picked the call n we were all panicking tog.. lol.. but he came back shortly so leechin passed the call to him.. at this instant, THE STUPID PHONE RANG AGAIN!!!!!!!!! IT WAS MY TURN!!! stupid kscc gt 3 lines in total..haha.. so i walked over to zhiern's desk to answer the call.. i couldnt consult james since he was on the line.. so i hold the line of the caller while mi n the other 3 discuss on wat to say to the caller.. haha.. hai i totally freaked out as i couldnt keep calm at all.. lol

i asked for the caller's name and contact no.. after i hung up, james asked mi wat the caller wans etc ah.. apparently the caller was an indian hu spoke with an accent.. i couldnt catch wat he was sayin lor.. james took the caller's info n called the person back.. mi n leechin was sitting there pending our doom.. we were so frightened tt james will kill us after he settled the 2 calls.. haha..

while his line was being held, he said "bu gan kan wo ar? kan wo ar.. zhi dao pa le hor?" after he was done, he said leechin's cl was okie except she shldnt hold the line when james nt ard cos she wun knoe when he coming back ma.. instead she shld take down a msg.. as for my call, i thot the indian man was makin an enquiry abt a job ad when he was actualli looking for KS's VP to ask abt an article written by her.. he also wanna enquire whether his son who is currently in 1st yr taking engineering has any prospects in the industry.. so lame lor..

i tink he could see tt i was upset for making a mistake so he reassured mi by saying it wasnt my fault.. juz tt the caller too kiasu, dun even noe whether his son could pass nt n he's alr asking abt the industry in few yrs time.. wats more that fellow wans to speak to the VP on this.. the way james put it was lyk implyin tt this fellow muz be dreaming cos VP wun entertain him.. james also said nvm, can still pick up calls so dun worri to reassure mi.. haha.. felt beta i guess.. not so reproaching aft which..

seriously i dun understand y ppl dun lyk him lei.. i thot he was nice.. at least today he was.. haha.. well, my frens were saying cos 1st 4 weeks training so he wouldnt realli scold.. after tt, his true colors will show.. ha.. shall see abt tt den.. of cos i hope it isnt true..

okie enuff of tt scary encounter i had in KS earlier.. haha.. now sum updates abt apple.. well, asked angel whether his leg was still injured nt.. angel say he is okay lei.. but she also added tt she shall go n kick him n make him nt okay later.. muahahaha.. haiz wateva it is, the saddest thing is still the fact tt he hasnt spoke to mi for 4 long days! leen has been asking mi for the past few days: "gt apple?" had to tell her tt apple out of stock.. temporarily or permanently? i dunoo.. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz -_-''
